Director of Construction
Bill Wray brings over 30 years of experience in management, oversight and supervision on high profile and complex projects that have pushed the limits of heavy and industrial concrete construction globally. These world-class projects have been for clients including the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Defense (DOD), Federal Aviation Administration (FFA) as well as a number of major US Utility companies, with project values up to $2.2 billion. Bill has also held leadership positions with ENR Top Contractors, Peter Kiewit, Washington Group, URS, SGT and URENCO USA on projects throughout the Northern Hemisphere.
As Director of Construction for Omni-Threat, Bill is responsible for construction implementation, scheduling, constructability reviews on engineering and design and oversight of the company’s fleet and equipment. Bill, who is ACI (American Concrete Institute) and TCA (Tilt-Up Concrete Association) Certified, has been instrumental in establishing and implementing Omni-Threat’s safety and operational procedures. He is also a member of the Omni-Threat team that pioneered the proprietary erection methodology that makes electromagnetic shielding possible with concrete.
